Charles Gray believes service will be a very important part of his job as he represents the people of District 9. He describes himself as “…a man of God who is glad to be serving the people of my district and the parish.”
Gray is retired after working 24 years with General Motors. He is an honorably discharged veteran of the U.S. Army and is honored that he was able to serve his country.
“I’m proud to be a part of this police jury so I can serve the parish. I’ve served my God and my country and now I’m proud to be a part of a public body that serves the people,” he said. “This is my home. I understand that serving is special, and I want to serve my parish and my district as honestly as I know how.”
