Highway Department Workers Sought

The Bossier Parish Police Jury is looking for employees to fill openings in its highway department.

Job description, starting salary and the number of employees sought include:

• Ground Hands/Laborers -- $13.85 per hour starting salary with increase depending on experience. Need 3 or 4.
• Operators -- $16.14 per hour starting salary with increase depending on experience. Need 1.
• Truck Drivers -- $15.67 per hour starting salary with increase depending on experience. Need 4 or 5.

Job offers are contingent on the following: Completion of satisfactory background check and passing a pre-employment drug screen.
