Repairs to the Pleasant Hill Cemetery Road bridge have been completed, and the bridge is now open to normal traffic.

Bossier Parish Highway Department Closes Bridge on Pleasant Hill Cemetery Road

The Bossier Parish Highway Department has closed a small bridge in the northern part of the parish on Pleasant Hill Cemetery Road.

Parish officials report that the bridge, located approximately 0.4 miles west of its intersection with Pleasant Hill Road, sustained damage that required the bridge to be closed.

Repairs are expected to take about two weeks, weather permitting.

The closure will affect traffic on Pleasant Hill Cemetery Road. Alternate access routes are as follows:

• Address ranges 100 – 771 Pleasant Hill Cemetery Road can be accessed via HWY 157/Boyd Road.
• Address ranges 860 – 1200 Pleasant Hill Cemetery Road can be accessed via HWY 157/Pleasant Hill Road.
