Boil Water Advisory Lifted for Winfield Road Area

Bossier Parish Consolidated Waterworks/Sewerage District No. 1 announces the boil water advisory for residents living off Winfield Road has been lifted effective today.

The advisory was issued yesterday following a water main break between the 700 and 1200 blocks of Winfield Road while repairs were made. Louisiana Department of Health test results confirm the water is safe for normal use.

Residents may resume using tap water for drinking, cooking, brushing their teeth, and food preparation without boiling it.
