Progress on the Caplis-Sligo Bridge

“Progress on the Caplis-Sligo Road Bridge is moving at a steady pace,” said the contractor’s foreman who is on site. He said the extreme weather the state received, and the recent rain has slowed down work their work on the bridge.   

The crew has already driven 28 pilings into the ground with 8 more to go. The foreman anticipates they will complete this portion of the bridge repair by the end of the week.
