East Bossier Water System Boil Advisory Rescinded

Officials with the Consolidated Water Sewer District #1 have rescinded the recent boil advisory issued for customers on the East Central Water System.
Officials say the water samples that were sent to the Louisiana Department of Health Lab in Shreveport for testing came back negative and cleared testing.
The
boil advisory went into effect after work crews repaired the main line due to scheduled maintenance.
No further action needs to be taken regarding this advisory.
