A line of thunderstorms packing heavy rains began moving through Bossier Parish early Thursday bringing high waters to several neighborhoods and potential flooding of some parish roads in low-lying areas.
Rising water levels were also noted in tributaries including Willow Creek Bayou, Flat River, Red Chute Bayou and streams throughout the parish.
