Free Logistics of Logging Workshop

A free Logistics of Logging workshop will be offered on Tuesday, August 9 at the Bossier Parish Libraries History Center in Bossier City to help timber landowners navigate harvesting and marketing their timber.

Guest speaker will be Valerie West, Northwest Region Forestry Agent with the LSU AgCenter. This workshop is hosted by USDA Natural Resources Conservation Service and Trailblazer RC&D.

Doors will open at the Bossier Parish Libraries History Center, 2206 Beckett St., at 5:30 p.m. with refreshments. Workshop sessions will begin at 6 p.m. and conclude at 7:30. To register to attend, call or text (318) 237-8350 and provide contact information and the name of the workshop.
