Playing fields at Bo Brandon Park in Princeton are receiving a facelift with the additional of more dirt to the surface in order to level the infield portions of the ball parks.
Bossier Parish Director of Parks and Recreation Warren Saucier said heavy usage at the fields over time has created some low spots in the dirt portion of the park’s multiple playing fields.
“There were some areas of the infield and around home plate at just about all the fields that needed to be leveled,” Saucier said. “This work will make the surfaces look better and will help the players.”
