R.S. 29:727, the President of the Bossier Parish Police Jury has hereby declared a State of Emergency due to the statewide public health emergency issued by Governor John Bel Edwards, with the most recent being Proclamation Number 181 JBE 2021 issued on September 28, 2021, supplementing the declaration of emergency in Proclamation Number 101 JBE 2020, and the mitigation measures therein; Therefore, Proclamation Number 181 JBE 2021 shall remain in full force and effect until it expires on Wednesday, October 27, 2021, unless extended, in response to the threat posed by COVID-19.
