Information for Peddlers/Panhandlers

Application Process

1. Download and complete application using Adobe Acrobat Reader (Free). Click here to download application.
2. The company, as well as each employee, will be required to complete an application and pay the required $100 fee per application annually.. Once applications are complete, please provide it, along with fees, copy of items to be peddled/panhandled (flyer, catalogue, etc.), Better Business Bureau report from the local agency, and colored copy of driver's license/State ID to the Bossier Parish Police Jury office located at 204 Burt Blvd., Benton, LA.
3. Once all of the above requirements have been met, background checks will be done, and if approved, you will be contacted to schedule an appointment for the required photo ID from the Bossier Parish Police Jury. You will be contacted once the photo IDs are complete.
