Surface Water Use Cooperative Endeavor Agreement (08/18/2010)
Act 955 of the 2010 Regular Session of the Legislature directs that the Department of Natural Resources (DNR) provide in the management, preservation, conservation, and protection of the state’s water resources.

Bistineau Task Force Formed (07/20/2010)
The Mission of the Bistineau Task Force is to build a coalition of stakeholders to coordinate with the state to rehabilitate Lake Bistineau.

Poole Road Bridge is now open. (04/29/2010)
The Poole Bridge has been repaired and reopened subject to the normal weight limits as was established before the bridge was damaged.
